Coaching with Beth

Beth’s style of coaching is dynamic, challenging and creative allowing for a unique coaching experience helping leaders recognise and reach their full potential. Beth’s approach to coaching is underpinned by psychological theory and traditional coaching models such as solution focused, Gestalt, drama therapy techniques, co-active coaching and CBT. Her work is tailored to the individual but with organisational goals in mind and works with clients to create a sense of balance, enhance professional performance and produce sustainable, measurable change.

Beth offers tailor made 1:1 executive coaching focusing on areas including: leadership development, assessment, conflict resolution, talent management, recognising potential for promotion, confidence building and vocal/body language coaching.

Beth’s principles of coaching are based around facilitating a space for change, development, growth, recognition, and self-awareness. She works with coachees’ assumptions and deep routed thoughts and beliefs in order to effect change and help them understand their behaviour so that they may grow and develop within themselves and their organisation. Beth’s interventions work to unlock potential for growth and she believes that knowing yourself is the key to success.

Beth offers tailor made, bespoke training programs helping organisations accelerate organizational change by developing the skills a company requires. Beth designs, delivers and manages projects often creating new and dynamic workshops for organisations needing to focus on a specific area or topic.
