I recently delivered a training package to a large media organisation that required bespoke training focusing on Building Resilience. There were a lot of internal changes going on and the HR director wanted to put some support in place for individuals. Understanding of the following was gained through Training:

What is Resilience?

  • Recognising How resilient we are as individuals
  • The three tools to help build resilience
  • Working with our strengths and understanding our challenges
  • Understanding assertiveness – How assertive are you?

All the above were worked through in a creative, interactive empowering way. This approach enabled the clients to experience different situations and have a deeper understanding of their own resilience and assertiveness. The result was a successfully led project and a new found confidence in most of the team, which they then took into their every day working lives.
